About Conscious Minds

Coaching that starts with understanding

We believe every young person deserves someone in their corner. Someone who listens without judgement, challenges with care, and helps them see what they are truly capable of.

Meet the founder

Built on real experience

Conscious Minds was founded by Wes, a qualified life coach and mentor with over 20 years of experience working with young people across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Having worked in schools, community organisations, outreach programmes and one-to-one settings, Wes understands the challenges young people face today and knows how to meet them with patience, honesty and genuine care.

Every session is built around the individual. Wes creates a space where young people feel comfortable enough to open up, work through what is holding them back, and take real steps forward.

Our mission

We help young people understand what is holding them back and build a clearer path forward.

Our values

What guides everything we do

Genuine Care

We build real relationships with the young people we work with. Every session is personal, never transactional.

Safe Space

Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental and built on trust. Young people can be themselves without fear.

Real Progress

We focus on practical outcomes that young people can see and feel in their everyday lives.

Whole-Picture Support

We work with parents, carers and schools to make sure support continues beyond the session.

Individual Focus

No two young people are the same. Every plan, every conversation and every goal is shaped around the individual.

Who we support

Coaching designed around the individual

Every session is shaped around each young person’s circumstances, concerns and goals. No scripts, no templates, just consistent, one-to-one support that meets them where they are.
