Introduction

A space to talk, reflect and grow

Young people can face challenges surrounding school, confidence, relationships, wellbeing and their future. Sometimes, having someone independent to talk to can help them understand what they are experiencing and identify a clearer way forward.

Conscious Minds provides one-to-one coaching in a supportive and interactive environment. Each session is shaped around the individual, giving them space to talk openly, explore their goals and develop practical steps towards positive change.

Lacking motivation or direction

Unsure about future study or career choices

Looking to improve their wellbeing

Ready to work towards personal goals

How coaching works

From understanding challenges to achieving goals

01

Listen and Understand

The coach creates an open and supportive environment where the young person can talk about their experiences, concerns and ambitions.

02

Identify the Barriers

Together, the coach and young person explore what may be holding them back or making progress more difficult.

03

Create Clear Goals

Practical and achievable goals are developed around the young person's individual circumstances.

04

Build Confidence and Skills

Sessions encourage self-awareness, confidence, communication and positive decision-making.

05

Review Progress

Goals and progress are reviewed throughout the coaching journey, helping the young person recognise their development.

During a session

Coaching shaped around the individual

Each session lasts approximately one hour and is led by an experienced coach or mentor. The conversation is guided by the young person’s needs, focused on helping them understand where they are now and where they would like to be.
