I’m really grateful for the support Wes has given my sons, Romao and Trey. From the beginning, he took the time to get to know them as individuals, understand their interests and encourage them in the things they enjoy.

What I’ve appreciated most is the relationship he has built with the boys. They have always felt comfortable around him and able to be themselves. He has been someone they can talk to and relate to, almost like a friend, while still being there to guide and encourage them in a positive way.

Romao is already studying music at college, and Wes has been really supportive of this, taking an interest in his music and encouraging him to keep developing something he is passionate about.

As a mum, it has been lovely to see my boys have someone who genuinely takes an interest in them and wants to see them do well. He has encouraged their confidence and independence, but most importantly, he has made them feel listened to and supported.
